Shipping Policy

  2. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with your tracking number.

 Delivery Time & Methods:

  1. Domestic (within your country): 3–5 business days after dispatch
  2. International: 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
  3. We partner with trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and Aramex to ensure safe and timely delivery.

 Shipping Costs:

  1. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and courier selection.
  2. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 Tracking & Updates:

  1. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.
  2. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Prayer Petals cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

 Lost or Damaged Packages:

  1. If your USB package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  2. We’ll investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

  2. Full refund for unused/unopened USB drives.
  3. Partial refund for opened packages (if returned in original condition).
  4. No refund once the course content has been accessed or copied from the USB.

Refunds for Specific Cases:

  1. You received a defective or corrupted USB
  2. You received the wrong item
  3. Your order was not received within the stated timeframe (after courier verification)
